Terms & Conditions
Clear terms for using our website and requesting transportation services across the UAE.
Effective: 4 August 2026A quotation, booking confirmation, service agreement, or signed contract may contain additional service-specific terms. If there is a conflict, the signed service-specific agreement will apply to that service, subject to applicable law.
Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing www.alpinedelivery.me, submitting an inquiry, accepting a quotation, or booking a service with Alpine Delivery, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you are acting for a company, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.
Our Services
Alpine Delivery provides logistics and transportation solutions, which may include inter-branch transfers, vehicle rental with drivers, dry-goods delivery, chilled transportation, scheduled distribution, and dedicated fleet services. Service availability depends on route, vehicle capacity, cargo type, timing, regulatory requirements, and written confirmation from our team.
Quotations & Bookings
A website inquiry does not create a confirmed booking. A service becomes confirmed only when Alpine Delivery accepts the request in writing or issues a booking confirmation. Quotations are based on the information provided by the customer and may be revised if the route, cargo, waiting time, vehicle type, delivery requirements, or other service details change.
Customer Information & Instructions
Customers must provide accurate and complete pickup, delivery, contact, cargo, quantity, weight, temperature, access, timing, and handling information. The customer is responsible for obtaining any required permits, approvals, documents, or recipient instructions unless Alpine Delivery agrees otherwise in writing. Additional cost or delay caused by incomplete or incorrect information may be charged as stated in the applicable quotation.
Pricing & Payment
Prices, taxes, payment schedules, credit terms, deposits, waiting charges, tolls, additional stops, return trips, and other service fees will be stated in the quotation, invoice, or service agreement. Customers must pay all undisputed amounts according to the agreed payment terms. Alpine Delivery may pause or decline further services where payment remains overdue, subject to the applicable agreement and law.
Packaging, Loading & Cargo
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, the customer is responsible for ensuring cargo is correctly described, securely packed, labelled, sealed, and suitable for transportation. Cargo must not exceed the confirmed vehicle's lawful capacity. Alpine Delivery may refuse cargo that appears unsafe, damaged, improperly packed, unlawful, or materially different from the booking information.
Restricted & Prohibited Items
Customers must not offer illegal goods, dangerous materials, weapons, explosives, cash, precious items, controlled substances, live animals, or other restricted cargo unless the item is lawful and Alpine Delivery has expressly approved it in writing with all required documentation and handling arrangements. We may inspect, reject, stop, or report a shipment where reasonably required for safety or legal compliance.
Pickup, Delivery & Delays
Delivery dates and times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Customers must ensure safe and reasonable vehicle access and that an authorized person is available at pickup and delivery. Traffic, weather, road closures, government action, vehicle breakdown, access restrictions, customer delay, or other circumstances outside reasonable control may affect service times. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate material delays.
Chilled & Temperature-Controlled Deliveries
The customer must provide the required temperature range, product condition, loading instructions, and applicable compliance documents before service. Products must be prepared and stored at the correct temperature before loading. Any special monitoring, validation, hygiene, or reporting requirement must be agreed in writing before the booking is confirmed.
Cancellations & Service Changes
Cancellation, rescheduling, no-access, waiting, failed-delivery, and return charges—if applicable—will follow the accepted quotation or service agreement. Please notify us as early as possible if a booking must be changed. We may cancel or suspend a service where it would be unsafe, unlawful, operationally impossible, or contrary to these terms.
Loss, Damage & Claims
Any visible shortage or damage should be recorded on the proof of delivery where reasonably possible and reported to Alpine Delivery promptly with supporting documents, photographs, item values, and booking details. Claims will be reviewed under the applicable quotation, service agreement, insurance terms, and UAE law. No wording in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Alpine Delivery is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss caused by inaccurate instructions, unsuitable packaging, prohibited cargo, inherent product defects, customer delay, or events outside our reasonable control. Any service-specific liability limits or insurance arrangements must be stated in the applicable written agreement. Mandatory consumer and legal rights remain unaffected.
Website Use & Intellectual Property
Website content is provided for general information and may be updated without notice. Alpine Delivery's name, branding, text, graphics, and original website materials may not be copied, republished, or commercially used without prior written permission. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or interfere with its operation.
Privacy
Personal information submitted through our website or during a service inquiry is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Please review the Privacy Policy published on our website for information about collection, use, protection, and privacy requests.
Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. The parties should first attempt to resolve any concern in good faith through direct communication. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it will be submitted to the competent courts or authorities of the UAE, unless a written service agreement lawfully provides otherwise.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in our services, operations, or legal obligations. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Changes do not alter an existing signed agreement unless permitted by that agreement or accepted by the parties.
